Not Doppler-Has links to tons of great games.
WiiCade-Tons of fun games to play on your Wii! Also good for regular computers.
Wii Arcade-Another great Wii game site.

Video Games

Serebii-The best source for Pokemon info. Gives you information way before the other sites do.
4 Color Rebellion-A Nintendo blog, also provides plenty of news.
Gamespot-A cool site for hints and tips on games.
The Wiire-Formerly called Revolution Report, this site provides lots of Wii news and rumors.
Team Rocket's Rockin'-A Pokemon fansite mainly focused on Team Rocket and glitches, but also has cosplay and Engrish toys! (my favorite)

Freewebs-a great beginning host. It has an easy builder and an HTML mode (Use HTML mode), but it doesn't have PHP support and also has a lot of errors.
Photobucket-The best place for uploading images and videos. Images from here can be hotlinked without using up bandwidth.
Flash Gear-The site that provides puzzles, as well as other flash toys.
Pandorabots-Provides a free hosted bot.
iTopsites-A place where you can get your own topsite list!
Cbox-You can get a cbox, which is a tagboard for discussion on your site. It's better than Freewebs ShoutBoxes because it has an IP ban system and you can add smilies!
Free Domain-Get a .co.nr domain name for free! Only problem is that it takes a long time to sign up.
Image Shack-An image hosting service, like Photobucket, but it turns .bmp files into .png files, the best extension there is! Paint users rejoice! (paint can't save .png files)
Awardspace-A great site host and the one I use now. It has PHP support and lots of other features.
